DURBAN: Pakistan’s white-ball captain Mohammad Rizwan bagged multiple unwanted records with his scratchy 74-run in the first T20I of the three-match series against South Africa here at the Kingsmead Stadium on Tuesday.
Opening the innings for Pakistan in a 184-run pursuit, Rizwan had scored 46 off 49 deliveries by the end of the 16th over, with the touring side needing 60 from the last over.p> The right-handed batter then finally switched gears and smashed Kwena Maphaka for two sixes in the following over, which saw him amassing his half-century off 50 deliveries. Mohammad Rizwan eventually walked back on the second delivery of the final over, leaving tailenders to chase 18 runs off four deliveries.
